Each week we will be practising:

Week 1) Opening our Heart is Training our Thought: we discuss our powerlessness in changing other people.

Week 2) Being Kind, But Not a Doormat: recognizing that our self and others are the same, we discuss change and impermanence.

Week 3) From Self-Centredness to Cherishing Others: how we must continually return within ourselves to a state of love.

Week 4) What is your Main Operating System: Fear or Love? Learning practical techniques to snap us out of fear, to live completely
from a state of love.

Week 5) Benefits of Having an Open Heart: where kindness is seen as weakness, the benefits still outweigh the downsides.

Week 6) Exchanging Self with Others: The practise of Tong Len. We learn how we can transform our thoughts and feelings on the spot, by doing this simple, but powerful practise.

Week 7) Transforming Adverse Conditions in Life Using real life: examples we learn how to transform negative conditions.

Week 8) Acts of Service: The Highest Practice Performing acts of service is the highest practise in opening the heart of compassion.
