Mummy and me yoga – Beginners
These 1 ½ hour yoga classes are for you and your baby. Our Mummy and me beginners classes are suitable for babies 12 weeks old to active crawling.
You practice strengthening postures and a gentle sequence for you and your baby.
- Focus on postures specifically designed for the postnatal months.
- Include special activities to bond with your baby and connect with other mothers. Involve your baby in the yoga postures or have him or her near to you.
- Are baby centred.
- With the support of others, you will be able to develop a balance between doing yoga for yourself and meeting the needs of your baby.
Mummy and me yoga – Advanced
Mummy and yoga – Advanced is an extension of our Mummy and Me Yoga classes for active crawlers to two years old and their mums. The yoga taught in these classes is more active than the postnatal classes but still a blend of yoga with your young one and for yourself.
