About The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga

The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga integrates 5,000-year-old Vedic wisdom and the yogic interpretations of Drs. Chopra and Simon. The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga is a consciousness-based hatha yoga program infused with teachings from Dr. Chopra’s classic bestseller The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success. Hatha Yoga is the study of the asanas or postures based on Patanjali’s Eight Limbs of Yoga. This program offers a balanced approach that can be taken more deeply or gently, depending on the needs of the individual. The teacher Andrea Graham guides students to experience body-centered restful awareness, which in turn helps each student find the perfect way to do the postures.

The Seven Spritual Laws of Yoga classes teach the basics of yoga to help flexibility, strength, and good balance. Gentle weekly classes, which also address individual needs while aiding self-awareness and tranquillity. In each class breathing, relaxation, and meditation  techniques are taught.

About the teacher, Andrea Graham

Andrea Graham is a physiotherapy graduate of the University of Queensland and has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for 6 years. Her Yoga training at Samadhi  Yoga in Sydney provides her with a well rounded teaching style and her certification with the Chopra Centre in California equips her with  the unique skills to teach The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga. This program is designed by the world leaders in mind body medicine Drs Deepak Chopra and David Simon.

Andrea is particularly interested in the blending of Eastern and Western techniques to aid health. She has a special skill in helping older people. She  believe an energetic and vital life can be maintained by all.
