About Beginner Pilates
Do you want to get started with Pilates but need some help?
Our Beginner Pilates one-on-one sessions are designed to help you build a strong foundation in basic Pilates exercise and even more importantly teach you how to get in touch with your core strength. In two intensive one-on one sessions you will learn not just what to do, but how to move using Pilates principles of centering, concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow that make Pilates such a powerful fitness experience.
Learning Pilates in a one-on-one capacity ensures you get the attention and support you need during this important learning process. Pilates during the sessions is taught on a reformer and mat.
All mats and equipment is supplied. You just need to bring yourself and the desire to learn a new exercise skill set.
Course cost: $100 for two 60 minute one-on-one sessions (bookings and upfront payment essential to ensure a place for this very popular fast-track learning program)
